短期课程：美国德克萨斯A&M大学张先扬副教授到访我院并讲授短期课程

2019年12月16日至2020年1月2日，来自Department of Statistics，Texas A&M University的张先扬副教授在我校为我院及相关院系的师生讲授了以“Empirical Processes”为主题的系列课程。

12月16日，张老师在公共教学二楼2321教室和2105教室为大家介绍了Empirical Processes。

12月18日，张老师在公共教学二楼2321教室和2410教室为大家讲授了Martingale and Dudley’s integral entropy。

12月31日，张老师在公共教学二楼2321教室为大家讲解了VC dimensions and rate of convergence。

2020年1月2日，张老师在公共教学二楼2321教室和明德商学楼206教室为大家介绍了Asymptotically equicontinuity, Donsker class, and goodness of fit statistics。

附：张先扬副教授简介

张先扬是美国德克萨斯A&M大学统计系副教授，从事统计的理论和应用的研究工作，所涉及的研究领域包括高维数据分析、多重检验、函数型数据分析、时间序列和经济计量学等。先后在统计学顶级期刊The Annals of Statistics、Journal of the American Statistical Association、Biometrika、Journal of the Royal Statistical Society, Series B以及计量经济学顶级期刊Journal of Econometrics发表论文十余篇。
